Our number one priority here at Baskervilles is to ensure your loved one gets the same quality of care you provide for them. We understand that leaving them is hard and a kennels and cattery will never have the same comforts of home but we will make sure you pet is as happy as possible while they are staying with us.

Arrivals and Departures
Our customers may bring or collect their pets during business hours only. However we would advise that animals be dropped off before dark during winter months so that the animals can be familiarised to staff and surroundings. It allows our staff to spend time with the new arrivals and settle them in so that they can enjoy their holiday.
Collection and Delivery
We are delighted to offer this service to local areas during business hours. Please speak to a member of staff for cost of this service.
Insurance
Insurance is included in our boarding charges. The policy we operate is the Pet Plan 3 Star cover, which will cover them for any illnesses or injury that may arise during their stay with us. Animals will not be covered for existing or recurring complaints, or preventative medicine or vaccinations. Should an animal become sick after a stay at the kennels we would ask you to telephone, informing us of any condition.

Monday-Saturday: 10:00-16:00 Sunday: 10:00-14:00 Closed on all bank holidays including Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
